Trust and your account
Will you ever book without my OK?
Never. Nothing is booked until you reply BOOK. Reply BOOK once and we'll get your regular game booked every week, with a heads-up the night before. Or approve each round one at a time. Your choice.
How do I skip a week?
Reply SKIP, to the night-before heads-up or any time before. We sit out your next game and pick back up the week after.
Do I have to give you my course login?
No. Your login is optional: without it, I text you a direct booking link the minute your time opens, straight to the course's booking page.
With it, we book in your own account at the course's normal price. It's encrypted, used only to book times that match your rules, and you can delete it any time from your My FOREBALL page.
Do you see my credit card?
No. Your card stays saved with your course's booking site. We never see it or store it, and you pay the course its normal green fee, the same as booking yourself.
Is my information safe?
We use your number and your group's numbers only to book and confirm tee times. We never sell them. See our Privacy Policy.
The basics
Does it always book for me?
At some courses, yes, automatically. Everywhere else, we text you a one-tap link straight to the course's booking page the minute your time opens.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Everything happens over text. To let us book for you, you'll need a free account on your course's booking site with a card saved. Most golfers already have one.
Which courses work?
Most public courses that take tee times online. A few only take bookings on their own site, so for those we text you a link the minute tee times open. Tell us your course and we'll tell you which. Adding a new course usually takes about a day.
What if the time I want is gone?
We'll text you the closest time we can find. Reply BOOK to take it, or WAIT and we'll keep watching for an opening.
Do my buddies have to sign up?
No. They get one text asking them to reply IN. After that they just reply IN or OUT for each tee time. They ride free on your plan.
What about the off-season?
The Founding Pass covers the rest of 2026 and all of 2027 and never auto-renews. On Monthly, reply PAUSE: no charge while paused. We'll text you in the spring when it's time to tee off again. Season and annual passes are coming in 2027.
How do I cancel?
Text STOP any time. That stops the texts and cancels Monthly, so you won't be charged again.
